Returns
We accept return requests only if:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and clear photographs of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Color variations due to screen or device display settings.
Minor irregularities in handwoven, handcrafted, or handmade sarees, which are part of their unique craftsmanship.
Products that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping costs may be borne by Manikya Drapes after review and approval.
